What training do our staff have?
All class teachers are trained to support children with a wide range of needs, receiving updates via staff meetings or specific training sessions.
Teaching Assistants are experienced and trained to support children with medical, physical, behavioural and learning needs.
Training is an ongoing process, it is constantly reviewed depending on pupil need. Interventions and training of staff include the following-
