We are really pleased with the effort and progress across the year group!
We have blasted off to space, felt the force, visited the Amazon rainforest and travelled back in time to the Ancient Egyptian period, the Viking period and are currently learning about the Stuarts! We had an exciting visit to the Masjid Umar, a visitor came to Rolleston from the church, a fantastic Google expedition to see the ancient pyramids as well as other fascinating adventures, a Viking lady showed us loads of artefacts and we learnt safe bike skills in Bikeability. We have explored The Iron Man, The Highway Man, Shakespeare and Aesop's Fables (to name a few!) and in maths everyone has taken the Singapore Maths Scheme on board. Phew!! What a busy year!
